I used this place for years! but when your tech is on his phone the WHOLE time speaking Bosnian. it's a real turn off.. I will be taking my car some where else form now on. customer service here sucked. how rude and very disrespectful.

Hello Holly I just checked with the technician that worked on your vehicle sorry for the inconvenience sometimes we are on the phone ordering parts or answering our shop phone. And I see that it's your first time bringing your 1998 Honda Civic also the technician informed me that he filled your coolant for Free that's normally an additional $4.99 that you didn't get charged for. I don't see how that was a rude and very disrespectful. Thanks for your concern.
Usually only going out of my way to write positive reviews, but my experience at this Big Ray's location today was terrible. While they are efficient and seemingly easy to deal with - I was hit with the charge for the service above basic this morning without being asked if it was what I wanted. It was not what I wanted, and it was unnecessary. We’ve been going here since we moved to Grand Rapids 3 years ago and we’ve never had any issue. They’re always so polite and Brain the manager does an awesome job. We appreciate them getting us in and out in a timely manner every time. 10/10 would recommend.
Was good in showing me on the differences in oil and explained what the oil does and difference in prices and brands
Brian, the manager, was wonderful today! He gave me the run down of all recommendations aside from the oil change I came for. Showed me the parts and offered savings without pushing me to buy. I feel comfortable with their knowledge of my car, and they explain what each of the parts do when I have questions. I definitely recommend coming here for a quick line service!

I've been going to Big Ray's ever since I got my first car. I've always had an amazing experience. One of the workers, Will, really stood out to me though. He was super nice and answered all my questions w/o judgement. I would definitely recommend!
