We love getting our oil changed at this Big Rays location. These guys are always polite and never pushy. I'm never there more than 15 minutes and don't even have to get out of the car :) 5 stars for the Waverly location!
Absolutely amazing people and super knowledgeable! Never anything forced, only suggested and you get that anywhere! I even gave my last mechanic a $3 Tip! "Its what I had left over" why not, he did his job + and was respectful and honest! ��

Do NOT take your car to this shop if you value your vehicle. Took advantage of my 17 y/o daughter's lack of knowledge to pressure her into an "engine flush" for an additional $35. Its a scam. This isn't the '70s....you do not need to "flush" the oil out of a modern engine. It scares me to think what damage these guys did to the bearings and moving parts inside her car's engine by running this crap through it.
