Always fast, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I go here rather than Valvoline across the street because they care about your car, and care that you know what's going on with your car (since mine is older and isn't always working perfectly anymore).

The manager, Eddie, at this location is so awesome! I drive further than the other locations just to get my oil changed here. They didn’t have the air filter I needed for my car (over 15 years old & discontinued). But he recommended me to a shop where I could get one for a good price & installed it for me with my oil change. He’s super friendly & helpful, especially for a female who hates listening to most males at auto shops patronize me. I’m definitely a loyal customer to the s. Waverly location since I moved to Lansing!
