They screwed my boyfriend Hosea's daughter over. They sold her a used tire that was bald for $140 that blew like a month later with his daughter and grandson in the car. They just replaced the tire at DP Tire and bought a tire for $83 brand new. We would never recommend Big Rapids Tire to anyone!��
When I moved to the area years ago and was needing tires they were highly recommended by many. I have been going there since, always happy customer service is great.
They go above and beyond. They really care about you as a customer.

My son goes to Ferris. Had a blow out on the highway just outside of Big Rapids at 5:30 on a weeknight. He called me, I did a quick on line search and luckily came across Big Rapids Tire. Called them just when they were closing for the day (hot, humid high 90s mid June). Spoke with Andrew who said he would stay open until my son got there on his spare. I have gone to their garage because they are honest and willing to help people out when they are in trouble. They go the second mile to make sure your needs are being met or exceeded. They have stayed open late for me on a holiday weekend, they have waited on payment because I forgot to bring the right credit card, they are always thorough. As far as I can see there are a bunch of angels with greasy hands working in that garage. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.
Great service and products! – A first rate tire/brake and front end shop. I've been doing business with them for 18 years and am completely satisfied with their prices and customer service. They know what they're doing and go out of their way to keep customers satisfied.
