the place is a fkn jk! been there twice in 2 wks and they continue to say something different is wrong with it after coming out of a different shop! i suggest nobody go there
RecommendedAlways supporting Steve and his crew at Big Rapids Tire. They’ve always had reliable pricing and friendly service. Family owned goes a long way. They’re setting record business sales this season because their clients are loyal. Don’t be dazzled with the flashy new spot in town as the comparable quotes are higher, 3+ hour wait time and inexperience isn’t worth it.
take advantage of the college kids @ Ferris State university and when I called to ask questions the guy was a giant old dick... tell your college student to Not Go to this business! !

Big Rapids Tire does a fantastic job every time they work on one of our vehicles! We don't even shop around anymore because they are always the best price in town. Every employee that we have dealt with has been friendly & helpful. Steve & Andrew go above and beyond to make the repair process as convenient as possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great tire shop!
We’ve used Big Rapids Tire 3 times now, and they’ve gone above and beyond each time! We greatly appreciate the very quick service and quality of work!! Austin and everyone we’ve talked to have been helpful and courteous!
They sold my daughter in law and son Tires and they went flat..they took the car back had them fix it and 2 tires are still going flat, today is Sunday and my daughter in law had to put air in her tires and they were flat when she got to work..car will go in Monday for the third time...I feel this place stinks...hope they make this right.
