The guys at Big Rapids Tire provide AMAZING customer service. We take both of our vehicles to them and they always go above and beyond what you'd expect from typical businesses nowadays. Their service is a throwback to the days of old. They have offered to provide transportation to and from my job while they are working on our vehicles. Prices are very competitive especially considering the level of service you receive. There is nowhere else I'd go for anything tire or brake related.
Love Steve and Andrew! They are brutally honest and I know I can trust them, they've been taking care of my family for many years. It will be really hard for me to find another business that I can trust as much as these guys.
