We've used Big Oak since we purchased our home 2 years ago. I remember our first oil delivery; our kids were SO excited to see the big truck come to our home. Not only was the deliveryman friendly but he took time out to talk to our young kids. We usually order online - which is SO great and easy!! and the best part - they price match!!!
