Just want to say what a great company this is. Talk about service! On the coldest day of the year I woke up to an empty oil tank. I placed my order online with Big Oak Fuel at around 8:30 am. By 10:30 am they were here and we had heat again. This is not the first time they have come through for me and not to mention the best prices I have found!
I have used Big Oak for years now. Always the best price, and if it is cheaper somewhere else, they will match it. Quick delivery and different payment options. Last winter I ran out of oil and they made a special trip to deliver oil because I have young children in the house. Can't ask for better service.
