Amazing!! I had a leak in my tire, that ended up not being repairable. Showed up on my lunch hour, they got me in and out with enough time to get back to work! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

Check to make sure all your luggnut's are on, make sure their not broke off or stripped this has happened to my fiancee and my buddy recently. Not going to be giving them anymore business!

I just had an amazing experience at Big O Tires! Was filling up my gas tank before a big trip with my 1 year old daughter and noticed that my passenger front tire was really low. Took it to where I bought the car and they were full with service/ had a 4 hour wait....they suggested Big O and I'm so glad they did! I was greeted by Mike and he assured me that they would take care of the issue quickly and make the car safe for our trip. We were gifted a permanent patch for the tire at no charge and back on the road within 40 min... read more
Had such a great experience with these guys. Bought some chains from them back in December in order to get back to Reno. Ended up not needing them but hung on to them "just in case". Brought them back unused in April and they gave me a full refund no questions asked. Same guy waited on me both times! They couldn't have been more courteous or helpful both times. I live in Reno but I'd drive there just for their great customer service!
