Went in to get oil changed and tires rotated and balanced, without an appointment. Dropped it off, they worked it in between others and it was done in an hour. Great place to go, Michael is super friendly.

They never try and over sell me on things I don’t need! (I really hate that from other places!!!!) plus my brother works there so...it’s my goto place to have my car looked at �

Close, very friendly, fair as possible. Make a Kuerig cup of coffee free of charge while waiting. I have been going to Big O for years with no ideas about changing.
Big-O is a family tradition in our family. My granfather, father, myself and now my teenage son all go to Big-O because of the quality of products and service. They are HONEST and They have ALWAYS managed to get me in on a last minute dilemma and always take the time to help me find the best deal. The best part about Jay and this store is- they are TRULY more concerned with customer service and safety rather than making a quick buck. I always reccommend Big-O Tires!!!! Crystal
Big O Tires hooked me up today!! Dave was especially helpful, friendly, and made me incredibly glad I chose to give them my business. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there.
