RecommendedI walked in after 4:00 PM and drove out with 4 new tires, balanced, wheel alignment checked, electronic valve stems set, just a full service including a $50 gift card.
They do right by their customers and get in on your way as quickly as they can.

Dusty Haines was my customer service person and he went far beyond the call of duty to help me. He suggested the right tires with the best warranty and insured that my car was given all the care needed. Dusty even had some repair work completed that may not have been something Big O customarily would do. I am very happy with the professional work and price. I will always choose Big O because the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. This trip to Big O was a bit unique in that my door was slightly damaged during my service. Michael was on it immediately though. He walked me back to my car and showed me exactly what happened. He informed me he would be speaking with Jay first thing in the morning to get the repair process started. I have used Redding's BIG O tire service for about 20 years for our family cars, our SUV, sports cars and utility trailer. I have had throughout those years a great working relationship with Jay, John, Dave and Forrest at the service desk. But just recently - in the purchase of a new truck - I worked again with Michael Shreffler and he went above and beyond the normal customer service efforts in getting accomplished a more complicated tire and suspension alteration in a limited time frame - all to great success. Outstanding customer service! Repairs are always done well and very fast. I love that I never have to wait long to get my car in for repair and they have it back to me very quickly. I really appreciate that Micheal and John remember me and my cars. It makes me feel valued as a customer.
