Thank you to the Amazing Team at Big O! They really took the time to explain and help me understand the needs of my visit and future needs with no pressure but with great Care! GREAT EXPERIENCE from Mark, Eli and Chuck and the Team at Big O, thanks for being there for the customer first!! I went in for MAF sensor problems, starting issues, brake issues and 150K check. They helped with everything. My brakes, new battery and my heart is very happy!!
shout out to Mark and his team for the great customer service.
did a great job. the ride is much improved with the new tires
These people are not professional. They do not keep their word. I was scheduled for an oil change at 3pm, called them to see if I could switch to 5pm. First they said they were full then he said sure bring it at 5pm. Drove there just for them to say it was never changed to 5pm. Waste of time and gas. Groupon is probably the only way they get business and see why. Disappointing.
I'm not a big review guy, but wow was this phenomenal service. Mark got me in and out and was extremely professional. Don't bother with other rude mechanic shops. This is where you want to go.
