stopped in with a nail in the front tire. they found another in the rear tire. they fixed both and when we went to pay the bill they said no charge. couldn't believe it. awesome service!

I went here twice got a oil change for my car and my fiance and the people who work there are great I have not problems I use the one on Rancho and craig😁😁😁😁
This place is absolute garbage spent over 3k on tires with them ..Ive been back 3 times to resolve the issues after they bent my rim damaged my sensors for the tires and charged me for an alignment they never did left with sensors for tires on dash never once addressing the problem then don't own up to any of it what an absolute waste of time and money with this store but of course they prey on you and refuse to even make it right so as it stands still tire light on dash( because three sensors failed all the same time .Riigg... read more
Absolute garbage mechanics, after 4 times of bringing my car back to the shop to fix the brakes THEY INSTALLED, they reccomended I take my car to another location cus they couldn't figure it out. Trash. And then the next big o tells me its my bearing, i take it to another mechanic who says the bearing is fine, but the OLD BRAKE HARDWARE that was NEVER replaced with my NEW BRAKES is hitting the rotor every time I brake. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR TO A TIRE PLACE FOR SERVICE. IVE LEARNED MY LESSON.
This place totally ripped me off I had a mechanic look at their work after I left and it was just one thing after the other. I decided not to complain about it after the fact because it was just going to be one big hassle stay away from this Big O.
They always do a great job and have excellent customer service.
