I've never written a review for anywhere in my life, but I felt like I had to! Best customer service I've ever received hands down. The dudes here are so friendly and the prices are incomparable. They went out of their way to go above and beyond and took great care of my car. I won't be going anywhere else!
In the past 30 days, I've had TWO bad experiences at Big O tires located at 10127 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135. (Both with the same person...an Asian man who works at the front desk) He is RUDE and INCOMPETENT. Horrible customer service. Biggest scammers ever. 1. Bought tires and the warranty. A tire blew out. I went to replace it and they told me the tire was covered but not the labor. I told them I can change the tire for free but they wouldn't let me. 2. Went in because my A/C wasn't blowing cool all the time. They told me it was the fan. They replaced it and a week later it wasn't working again. Took it back and then said it was my condenser. So had to pay more. 3. When I had my tires changed they said I needed brakes and rotors. Greetings, I walked in just a few minutes before closing today 7/15/2017, at 113 degrees in Las Vegas, greeted with a smile by Andy Keophimphone. I was distraught since I had issues with my battery today. I was amazed that he didn't say we're getting ready to close, or look at his watch for the time. My husband has come here many times and likes BIG O ... me, this was my first time. I had an appointment. They told me I'd be there 1/2 hour. At about 1 1/4 hour point I checked in since I had not heard from them. i just needed a nail out and a plug. I had an appointment. I was there 2 hours total. 🙄😳
They always take good care of us here. Loyal customers for over 5 years.
