Went to Big O Tires at University Mall in Orem to have me tires rotated and got an oil change as well. Great prices and superior service.
The guys at this Big O are the best. I moved to a new town recently and drove an extra 60 miles to come to this particular location because the service is always prompt and the staff is always friendly. Free coffee, water, and popcorn while we wait. They even let me bring my dog inside when the weather outside turn sour. They presented me with options that would save me money, rather than just doing what I had asked. The personal service keeps me running back.
Big O Tires has always been fast and efficient. I always feel comfortable about my long toad trips using their "healthy car special" to prepare my vehicle. It is only $39.99 to get my vehicle up to speed and to ensure it is in good condition for driving long distances. A+ service.
My boyfriend and I came into Big O Tires to get our windshield wipers fixed and they did fantastic! They were extremely helpful and were so nice and willing to help us. Definitely better than the last auto shop that we went to!
