All of the staff go above and beyond to ensure that my truck is setup exactly the way I want it and they take exceptional care of my vehicle while they have it in their care!! It gives me peace of mind knowing that they pay attention to detail and when I pick it up everything is perfect. With so many companies offering this type of service it's definitely worth extra drive for me to do business here and you won't find a more friendly staff with very competitive pricing. The boys at Big O are friendly and helpful. They make me feel comfortable and I can trust them. They treat me like a valued customer ... respectful and kind. And their waiting room is so nice!! I found them to be quick and reasonable with prices too.
We have been to Big-O Tire in Orem on several occasions. Our most recent visit was to the new location off 800 N in Orem. The service was excellent and Scott Payne took very good care of our needs. We had an alignment and tire concerns and he was very helpful. Scott was great at helping both my son and I understand the issues our car had and offered several solutions to fix the problems. We will definitely continue to return to Big-O as our needs are always taken care of in a timely and cost effective manner.
I called Big O because I was wondering if they were willing to match a price from a competitor (20 dollar difference) and the guy just said "Dude, I'm not doing that tonight. Go with them." Well, I'm not going with either one but dang, that wasn't very good customer service.
I love these guys!! They are always friendly and know how to take good care of their customers! They have my business for as long as I live here!
