The guy's are helpful, friendly and informative. I took my car in for an oil change only and they were wonderful. No additional parts or sales were discussed. They provided what I asked for. Thank you Big O Tires on Sunset.
My daughter was stranded due to a mechanic error. We had to pay another mechanic to fix it. They have rectified the issue for now. If her car is still running in 90 days with no issues, I will update my review again.
If I could give no stars I would. On May 5th I got my brake pads replaced at Big O. Great experience nice and easy! Then about a month later I started hearing squeaking when I'd back up. I stopped in and tried to get someone to look at it more than once but unfortunately they were busy. That's cool, I understand its a busy place. So July 12th I finally get in and I'm told it's brake dust. So I had such a great amount of brake dust accumulate in a month when the squeaking started? Great quick service and nice people! Mike got my tire fixed for free when I was having a rough day and just said make sure I come back there when I'm getting the new ones. Fantastic business!
I wish they had negative stars!!!! Darren has got very poor customer service skills!!! And the general manager Earl isn't much better! We have done business for over 25 years with Big O.... But after Saturday we are done!!! I have never been treated so badly in my life! They treat women like they know nothing! I would advise to not use the Sunset location at all!
It's not very often that Community Canine mentions a business but this ones a must! Honest, fair, and your emergency is their emergency. Have a flat, car having problems, overheating with dogs and kids in the car? Josh Doty and the guys at Big O Sunset saved the day for us, we will never go anywhere else, these guys can do anything.
