Love this Big O Location. Riker and the whole crew are amazing!
We’ve been using Big O on sunset for like 20 years. They’ve always done a great job, they honor the warranty on the tires to the best of their ability, and their manager is awesome, friendly, and customer service focused.
I had a tread separation issue with my tire, John the manager was extremely patient with me and bent over backwards to help me with a new tire and to get me back on the road quickly. Thank you John for being a true customer service professional.🫶
Brought my truck to Big-O for a flat repair. They were timely, and since I’m a loyal customer (even though it was on a new car I hadn’t brought in yet), they did it free of charge. These guys are awesome!
