My experience at Big O has always been great. They have ALWAYS TREATED ME HONESTLY AND FAIRLY! The nice thing is that they recommend service. It is up to me whether or not I have had that service or repair done.
Great quick service, even when busy and kind staff!
I came in today, and that was the worst experience ever, so í came in told the guy what I needed, told him witch tire I neeeded replace I even pointed with my finger, and u needed an oil change as well and what was my surprise? That they were switching another tire that i did not told them to replace, and ó think they did something to the tire that did not need anything just for me to buy a pair of tires and I ended up paying $218 and they were not willing to do anything for me, after the mistake, I'm never going back there.
My service was excellent, I could only afford to get one tire fixed today before winter really hits. They were so busy we had an hour and half wait. When it came time to pay the man shook my hand and told me to have a nice day. Thank you !!! That meant a lot to me today.
I love this place! the service is wonderful!
