RecommendedI've been going into Big O Tires of Provo now for 30 years, Friendly, Courteous and Fast!
On Nov. 10th, 2018, I brought my car to Big O tire for maintenance. I brought my winter tires with me, that I removed back in May at Big O tires located on Ste St. by DI in Provo, to be put on. After 30 mns of work on my car, the Manager brought one my that tires with hole on it and asked me if they should patch it, I said no. I told him that it was his mechanics that ruined my tire, he contested and said that their machine would not do that. pulled in with a low tire, within two minutes they had pulled it into a bay and taking the tire off. showed me one tire has a gash, I decided to replace both front tires. cuz they were changing them I found one of my rims was bent did not pressure me to do anything about it told me what to expect and send me on my way within 20 minutes. Will definitely come back here!
Steve Gray helped me get new tires and fix some other things and even checked into a warranty issue which ended up saving me a lot of money and I feel safer driving my car now. Thank you!! It's nice to see there is still a few good honest people out there.
I've been there several times for many different reasons. Every time we go there, we get the help we need with fast and friendly service. Their pricing is fair, and they know their stuff.
Very disappointed. We feel lied to and won't be going back to or recommend Big O to anyone.
Went in for a tire valve replacement/repair because one was leaking, they fixed it on the spot and for free, best customer service and highly recommended!
