I am out of town without my husband and I lost a lug nut and a plastic piece was hanging and rubbing in my wheel well. They fixed both quickly and without charging me. They are super honest and I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks Tim!!
I ran into a pretty crappy situation over the weekend in Saint George. I called today and Lance was very willing to listen and do whatever he could to help me out. I’m not from Saint George but I’d definitely call them again if I ever needed anything.
They said they could not fix a puncture hole in the tire so they had to sell me a new tire. They wanted to throw away the tire I said I wanted to keep it one other big O said it could be repaired And Les Schwab repaired for me. I think they’re a bunch of crooks
Tie Pendleton is the rudes, sarcastic idiot and shouldn't be speaks no to any customer. I was told to take by Trailer akin get Tire representative to take my Trailer tires here to be inspected and she had already spoken to them. Mr Grumpy Tie asked what is he suppose to inspect as advising he wasn't in the mood. I had a tire that had a slow leak for a couple of weeks, it started losing air must faster late on a Saturday afternoon. I stopped at 2 other locations, 1 was too busy, other was closed. I stopped at Big O on Bluff st. They took me right in and found a nail in another tire also. They got both repaired and back on my way (about 40 minutes for both). Corey Gibb was awesome, very friendly from the moment I walked in. Many thanks to Corey and the rest of the crew.
Les Schwab a lot better do not recommend these guys they are crooks
4 hours for 2 tires 2 ball joints. Mechanics standing around. One mechanic when I went out to check was busy on his cell phone texting. I found my rim and tire sitting outside in the parking lot. I asked about the status and was told it just needed to have the tires put on and aligned. Very dissapointing especially after a family member of the owner Nic came in and they were discussing her price which was significantly different than anyone else's price. Walked in today because my tire had a nail in it that needed repair. From the moment I walked in I felt seriously Not welcomed there. We had purchased tires from BigO and they came with a warranty that if I got a flat it would be repaired. The ass hat that spoke to me from the start was extremely rude and repeatedly kept cutting me off and correcting what I was saying example " hello, yeah I have a bad tire and need it plugged.."
