This team will take care of you. It would be to long of a review to explain but they were wonderful and willing to go further than most stores would ever. I didn’t get the name of the manager but it was a phenomenal experience and now my family and I can enjoy our vacation with no worries! Thanks Guys!!!!
I will never come here again. They ruined the thread on a lug nut by cross threading it. They wanted to charge $500 to fix this, when they ruined it. They balanced it incorrectly and now the weight is rubbing making a noise when I drive. I drove straight to riverside automotive and they fixed everything that Big O messed up on and did it for $16. I am very disappointed in Big O.
Denied service an hour before closing on a simple patch, didn't even offer to put air in the tire was just rudely sent away, won't come back here.
I was on vacation and had a flat tire. Came in to the St. George store on a very busy Saturday morning. They worked me in to their already booked schedule, repaired the tire, and had me out within 2 hrs. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on the road so quickly! Very professional staff.
Corey and Taylor are the best of the best! We have been coming to them for years. They always provide the best experience. Highly recommend these guys and Big O.
