I worked with Shawn and Bill at my local Big O Tires for new tires for our truck and they were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service through out the process. They offered a great price with a manufacturers rebate and serviced us in a timely manner. Definitely a 5☆ local business!

Our third time using big O tire and nothing but impressed with their service but most importantly their customer service! These guys stay late often to get work done.. we won't be using anyone but these guys!
Service is great, workers are hard working and the place is clean. Shawn is incredible.
Very knowledgeable, very fast, a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
Be clear about how many tires you want. I ordered two and they installed four. I've never had issues with Big-O but this is a costly one. I'll rethink this company next time I need tires.
Great job. And very nice. They was right on and did whatever they could to make us happy.
