Amazing customer service. There was an incident where we had our back tire blow out on the interstate and pulled up to Big O Tires. Shawn Venega and his team were able to change it after hours for us and get us back on the road. So thankful for these guys!

Had a wonderful experience at Big O Tires in ANKENY. My tire has been leaking air, I was in the neighborhood and stopped in with my daughters. The store manager took the car back right away. He told me they found a nail in the tire and are working on patching it up. When they were done they thanked me and didn’t even charge for it. They were patient and helpful with my frustrations (& with my crazy kiddos!) and got my car ready for a road trip.....a few hours later! THANK YOU!

Split a tire this morning (probably on one of the craters I couldn't avoid). Bill & Shawn set me to with 2 new tires at a great price, plus got me in and out, on super short notice, in under 30 minutes. They were both so great to deal with, especially since I was exhausted, and upset about the whole situation! I have been getting tires here for 10+ years, and they definitely will keep me coming back! Thanks again, Bill & Shawn!
They were excellent. They worked w me for a credit line when my car unexpectly had to ce in and be fixed. They got everything done in a timely manner and customer service was above and beyond. Kudos to bill and Shawn. They were excellent to work with. Thanks so much.
