Dropped my car off for an APPT on Monday at 730 am. Had to go in Wednesday to yell at them because the still had not fixed the tire. When I called they told me they would get to it when they get to it. Horrible customer service. Never go here unless you just dont need a car.
never have the tires you try to buy but will gladly help you spend twice as much or wait two weeks. Rip off artists.

I went to Big O Tire for a oil change because they had a special for 19.99 but I guess you get what you pay for there. They changed my oil pulled the car out side. I paid and received the key. I go out side to leave I start the car and it’s making a engine noise so I turned off the radio and hear a mocking noise so I open the door to make sure it was and it was � so I pop the hood and no oil on my dip stick. I had a flat tire last Friday ~ So, I went to "Big O" because I used them a few months ago for an oil change and I found them to be friendly, helpful & with reasonable prices. I bought 2 new tires from them this weekend ~ I was happy with the price & service until they told me I also needed my struts replaced for $500.00! I told them I wanted to get a second opinion and they offered me a high interest credit card to pay for the new struts to "help out" which I declined.
