a simple oil change took almost an hour !! and this one bald guy was not at all friendly nor courteous. wanted coffee and NO cups but pot was full----in short no wonder they are struggling if it were me Id bring in more customer oriented personnel and not just pencil pushers coz customer relations is paramount if u want repeat customers not even a thank you as I left truly a sad state of business there
5th time @ Big O Tires... My A.C. is still not working...they have fired 2 ppl that I know of in that time frame..both worked on my car...& another manager is always covering for the regular manager...I just want my car fix without any addition cost...its getting out of control...am not a complainer but it's driving me crazy..I live in VEGAS..AC is a must...next up calling the district manager & yelping, maybe the news ...As I sat there 3 more ppl came in with complains...something is definally wrong here.. This past last week I purchased 4 new tires and an alignment.. my original intention was to possibly purchase 1 or 2 since that is highly recommended when replacing 1.. I called every different store such as Firestone, Sears, Pep Boys etc. seeking the lowest or best deals they had going on for the week and month. After consulting all and talking with each manager. I'm a single mother and have been going to this location for years. They have always been honest and fair. They have never tried to rip me off. They have told me what I need and if I can only afford so much, they tell me which I should do vs others at that time. I have never had a bad experience throughout all the years I've take my car here. Thank you for being an honest business and not seeing a naive woman who knows nothing about cars and going for the kill
Do not use this location. Terrible customer service. Mechanic is to busy watching movies in the garage to work on vehicles and don't bother making an appointment. It doesn't matter to them.
They do not do the work you came in for. I asked for flat repair and tire rotation with my brake job...brakes are done but no tires!!!! Also came to them for an alinement and the didn't put the wheel straight! What is the point of telling the shop what you want done if they are just going to not do it. They are a WASTE of your TIME!
