Review would be 5 but the one thing I didn't like how you could come in shopping for tires (other services) and work out everything with manager. When I brought my car back as scheduled the manager was not there. I was told a different employee would take care of overseeing the work plan in computer. Well that's normally ok. But anything else I specially worked out the night before (i.e. could you check brake pads?) were not done. In short I think the pads would have been checked but original manager not there.
