We were traveling through. They got us in with no appointment. We got an oil change and they checked out a couple concerns we had. We were there about an hour. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with fresh popcorn and ice cold canned drinks. They were also very attentive to our needs as my husband is handicapped. We would go back.
Fast and friendly, they've been our tire guys for years, all our vehicles run on Big O Tires!
This was THE WORST experience I have ever had. Went in for a tire rotation, came out $970.00 later. Come to find out they did stuff that didn't really NEED to be done and even replaced and charge me for spark plugs that I never authorized. They will scam anyone just to make money off of you!
These guys are sneaky and shady I would not do business with them again.
