These guys are terrible to do business with! I hit a very large pothole which dented my rim immediately. Put my spare on and later drove my car to Big-O Kaysville and they said my tire/rim was bad and needed an alignment. Still had issues so I took it back to them and they found my front rim was slightly bent too. These guys are Pieces of Crap. They won't get your car done within ANY of the Time Frames they tell you. Slow, Rude, Lazy!

HORRIBLE KAYSVILLE BIG O EXPERIENCE! My wife with are Six month old child went to big o of Kaysville where we got are tires from and had warranty plans on them and they treated my wife like trash being completely rude, not wanting to stand by there word and there warranty plan like discount tire alway does for me. They wanted to bully her into buying all new tires! I came here after I'd been having some issues with one of my tires. It seemed to be leaking air. I brought it in to a dealership service center, they said they couldn't find any issues and just filled up the tire with air. Then I drove 300 miles for work, and got another low psi alert out in the middle of nowhere. I brought it to a tire shop out there and they told me they found a puncture and that it was fixed. Big O Tires has been servicing my 94 Ford Ranger for years!! They do an excellent job. I had my truck in today, and it was a quick in and out. Sale Advisor, Parker Dixon took good care of me.!!
I have been sold one too many things that I didn’t actually need. This Big O Tire location in Kaysville is nothing more than a sales group who happens to specialize in tires. They are less interested in customer service, customer perception and helpfulness and more interested in making sure you walk out with new tires and and services/products you may not ever need. Buyer beware.
Have been going there for 3 years. They are top notch and honest people. Thank you for providing an honest and fair service.
