I want to thank you again for the services I received on 7/6/26 and let everyone know about my experience. Driving home from work I picked up a bolt in my tire. Anticipating it would go flat overnight, I was frantically needing to get it repaired. I walked into this Big O tire shop at two minutes until closing time. They decided to help although they could have turned me away and stayed late to patch my tire. On top of that, they did not even charge me! This is great customer service and I will definitely use them again.
This place is going to try and scam you. How do I know? I caught them in a bold faced lie today when they called to let me know my car was ready to pick up after a routine oil change. I came here because I had a coupon. They told me over the phone that the technicians checked my brakes and noticed my rear brake pads were dangerously low, and even my rotors needed replacing.
