RecommendedI purchased tires, brake pads, and oil change. I was not satisfied with original tire purchase. They ordered and replaced Michelin tires. I could not be happier with customer service! Would highly recommend.
I just had an alignment on my car came into Big O for an oil change and a leak in tire. Used these guys before on tires, well today they say I needed new struts for $1100 bucks like I said had alignment done by a trusted shop just a week ago so don’t think I need struts plus no popping noise or any issues driving. Big O you just lost a customer for ever! Ridiculous !
Was overcharged almost $600 for suggested work that was not reviewed or approved by me not done to my vehicle. Thru my bank’s mobile app I got the charge notification and immediately told the sales rep. They reversed the charge but it has been 24 hours and I’m down that $600 in my account. They gave me a free oil change for the inconvenience as if that will make it up for not having those funds in my account for a few days. Another great experience at Big O today. Strange to say that about a tire shop but that is the case. Great customer service and service technicians working on the car.
Purchased 4 new tires & alignment today for my son's truck. I asked if free future rotations came with the purchase. I was told 'yes' by two employees (there were two standing at the desk). When the job was finished and I paid then was almost back in the truck, the sales person came out to tell me that the rotation was not free, 'it's only free with the purchase of the road hazard insurance'. He said that the policy changed 10 days ago. Bad business guys! Unfortunate, since they are close to where we live. I will not be back... read more
Tried to scam my 20 year old son after he bought 4 new tires there. Told him they could not align his tires because he had a bent tie rod. My son didn't listen to you thieves. He works hard for his money and so do we. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I had a really bad experience at another Oil/brake Store and was anxious about my next maintenance. Brandon and the crew were hospitable and speedy with the services I needed. Also got a great deal on brakes! I’ll Be a Repeat customer.
Showed up with a flat and they took care of it right away! Great service!
