Excellent honest shop. I have bought tires, have had valve cover replaced, alignments, oil changes etc. This past weekend I needed to replace a headlight lamp but couldn't remove the fuse box to get to the actual headlight. I brought the lamp to Big O and they replaced it for free. Not an easy job. Maybe they don't want this to get out, but this is the second time they've done a small repair job and at no cost.
