I haven't been out in a few weeks since surgery and I needed new tires on my car. The gentleman who helped me was so nice and saw I was walking gingerly and with a cane. He got me In and out in 20 minutes ! Thanks !!!
I was on my way home today from Michigan to St.Louis area. I had a flat tire and it was plugged free of charge. I wanted to tip them. I was told no but to "just pay it forward". So I started tonight ny anonymously buying some their supper at a local restaurant. Something I try to at least once a month. Thank you so much for helping out a non local.
We usually have no problem with Big O Tires, but they left a big dent in my door. They called us to tell us what had happened and said they would pay for us to get it fixed. This wasn’t the issue. I️ came in to get my tire replaced and they didn’t care at all to give us at least a discount or anything for the tire. This infuriated me. I️ barely have time do get this fixed and they didn’t want to help at all. Very disappointed in the service. I've been coming here for years. Always reasonably priced and the guys are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend everyone here for their vehicles wants and needs.
