THE NORTHGLENN, COLORADO BIG O TIRES STORE IS THE BEST BIG O TIRES STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! These guys are fantastic! They do top notch work and they are super great guys. They kept in contact with me the entire time they had my car, they didn't try to screw me over, they were straight up and straight forward with me the entire time, and they were done when they said they would be done. Worse place ever went in for alignment and they came out said it would cost me 742.00 omg said i needed adjustable ball joints. I think cause your a woman they think your stupid. I just did a lift for my jeep. I cannot put adjustable ball joints in first place unless it the whole arm .. I said no of course. And when i left all my lights were on bas traction light ect. called come back will reset it then says okay so we doing alignment now NO you said you could not do it. I went to a weatherization clinic through the crossroads church and found out I not only needed brakes but tie rods not being able to afford it Mark told me to get an estimate then they called me that they we're going to fix it for me I can't say how much I appreciate what they have done for me there's some really great guys working here & Jon kept me informed of every step thank you so much for everything
Tires are always expensive but I do feel that I got what I paid for at the Northglenn location (120th & Washington). Service was excellent and really, really fast. My husband is a great mechanic, and we are both very happy with the treatment we were given.
This is my favorite tire shop period. They can do much more than tires as well. I trust the folks here to do repairs and they will suggest what to keep an eye on in the future. They will also tell you what you do not need to have fixed. Honest reliable people!
