As always, the Big I Tire Team is the best and took great care of me and my car. Tom and his team are the only ones I trust for tires & regular car maintenance. I had a battery issue that they tested first which was low and with the battery still under warranty, the battery was replaced at no charge and I was on my way! Thanks again, Bob

I asked for quite a few extras. You know how it can be when you throw a bunch of things at their kids. And they got everything I needed done. And a great amount of time, I really appreciate them just in the little things. Getting my all changed and doing all the little things that bugged me. I really appreciate that store.

Don't accept online appointments you have no intention of keeping, and if you have to cancel (stuff comes up!) ...actually CONTACT the person who booked the appointment like the cancellation email said you would. "An associate will contact you to discuss options". BS They must be rolling in business to turn away anything new. Happy for them.
