Well let me tell you what I think about big O tires. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. You can’t ask for a more nicer people. I have been using BIG O for over 5 years now to service our fleet of trucks now and have never once been disappointed.
I have been coming here for years and they are always very pleasant and professional. My current vehicle is a 2014 Chevy Equinox. They have done all the oil changes and tire rotations on this vehicle and they have also taken great care of my TPMS system. Today I My TPMS light came on again and with as busy as they are the day before Thanksgiving and they made me a priority to identify the issue (a screw) and plugged the tire free of charge! Thanks Big O for being a great place!

It's Thanksgiving season, and I am thankful for Northglenn Big-O tires. My new car didn't come with Big O tires. But after the "check tire pressure" light kept coming on, the dealer couldn't fit me in for an appointment to fix the problem for a long time. I went to Big O (we've bought tires from them before). They rotated my tires, found a screw that had punctured one of them, and fixed the leak. All for free. My car drives much better now. Thanks, guys.
Shout out to Paul at Big O Tires Broomfield for fixing my flat (nail in tire) and replaced the spare & put all back together for free (can be a tedious job with mini vans & spare under the van) where Tires Plus wanted "$19.99...IF they can fix it." Made my day! Thanks Big O Tires! �

Customer service was outstanding! Service rep Jon covered the warranty on the tires I had bought a while back and put me in to much better tires for the size and load of my vehicle. Very pleased with his honesty and integrity. Satisfied customer.
