I have been getting my tires at the local Big O for about 18 years and I have always gotten a fair deal from them . The thing I like most about this shop is every time I have a problem with a tire they jump and take care of me. Every other place you get services from whether car oil change or tires or even something at home, I never get good follow up service or warranty work. This is why I always come back to my local Big O
As usual, the customer service was the best They go above and beyond.
I've had nothing but good experiences at Loveland Big O Tires. I've been impressed since the first time I came in. I brought my son's car in to have a tire fixed. It was not a Big O Tire, but because there was one Big O Tire on the car they fixed it for free. Been going there ever since!
I have been going to Big O for many years. Today I had a nail in my tire. Although the men were super busy, Kilian took the time to fix my flat and reset my sensors. Fast, efficient and friendly as always! Thank you Kilian for your excellent customer service!
I've been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. Recently went into to get a slow leak checked out and Chase was able to fit me in and get me on my way.
I like Big O in Loveland. I had my oil changed and I asked how much it would be to put my new windshield wiper blades on. He said they would just do it. I said they are in the trunk. When they were done, I paid and left. I didn't notice until the next day that the new blades were not on. I also checked my Oil Life resent button and it was still showing 22% oil life so that had not been reset. Usually, I am very pleased with my service. I came in at 5:00 and closing time is 6:00 so maybe everyone was just in a hurry.
Had tires put on my car over lunch and these guys do great. They told me it would be an hour so I walked to subway and got lunch and came back 45 min later and they were done ! Great service and great prices. Thanks guys!
