RecommendedI would like to thank the hard working staff who went out of his way to pull a huge bolt out of my tire AFTER the shop had closed. I work with adults with disabilities and waking up to a flat or worse, getting the flat out on the road would have been a disaster. I went inside to thank the manager and he told me that the young man who helped me was his son Nick. He looked like a whipped puppy from a long and probably exhausting day but took the time to help me. Well done Big-O and a firm virtual handshake to Nick...

Had a blow out traveling from Round Rock Texas. Called Troy at Big O and he quoted me prices that were much lower than local competitors. When I arrived, it only took them 30 minutes to get me back on the road again to Wyoming. Kind, Courtesy and excellent service... Highly recommend this establishment.... Thanks again Troy.
Big O Tires has helped me out recently getting my much needed new tires and 4 wheel alignment. Thanks to their 3 month program you can spread the payments out without having to come up all the money at time of service. They’ve done my oil changes the last two times as well. Great customer service, great work! Thanks!

Great customer service. I came in with a flat tire 10 minutes before closing, and they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. Took care of it quickly and was back on the road in less than half hour.
replaced sensors that were working just fine and now the light will not shut off and they no longer want to deal with it. will put this all over social media and recommend everyone go elsewhere!!
We took our car to big O tires to have tires put on. they told us the sensors were bad which were not ! they were working fine when we took it in! they replaced the sensors and they have not worked since. they tried to repair them but couldn’t THEY SAY IT IS OUR PROBLEM NOW! They did give me money back for the sensors that didn’t need replaced in the first place !!!! Now they are refusing to repair our car. I would never recommend big O tires in Loveland for anything.!
