Found a screw in my tire & stopped by Big O to have it removed. The female mechanic who checked my tire removed the tire, removed the screw & checked for leaks (by checking for bubbles with the tire in water). Turned out the screw hadn't done damage & the tire was fine. When I asked what I owed the manager said 'No Charge'. Pretty cool. I'll definitely go back when I need tire service. Tipped the mechanic $10.
