In what was a horrible end to my work day, blowing out a tire on 465, the team here did a fantastic job of getting me back in my car quickly so I could get home. They did a great job of providing me options for my situation and allowing me to make the decision with no sense of pressure to make the more expensive choice. I really appreciate that. I hope I don't find myself in here again this season, but if I do I know they'll do their best to get me back on the road quickly.
