Super nice staff.
I went to Big O Tires a few years ago and the service was outstanding. So I came back with a simple problem, a small hole that just needed a patch, but this time the experience was the opposite. Instead of helping, they pushed hard to sell me a very expensive new tire. That kind of upselling felt really pushy and unnecessary, and frankly, disappointing. I left and I won’t be returning. It’s a shame to see how far their service has slipped.
Got a new set of tires after a minor accident. Store worked with me to coordinate the timing. ==== Google won't let me enter another review for a separate service, so (2 years later) I had a leak in one of those tires and had to go out of town the next day. I booked an appt on the Big-O website. Oscar called me to let me know they were running behind, and we were able to agree on a time that worked out. That saved me a wasted trip and some panic about my trip.
I desperately hate this place. I had a horrible experience the two times I’ve been here. I’m on my first visit I had nail in my tires and they told me it was non-patchable. So I took it somewhere else and they were able to patch it with no problem. They were trying to convince me to buy a whole new tire. Such as a scam place. I would not recommend anybody to come to this place. On my second visit one of my sensors was out on my tire. They wasn’t able to fix it. They ended up ruining my other three that was functional.
