This is the second time this year my wife and kids are stranded out of town the day after getting a new tire from big O. The one they replaced yesterday just went flat this afternoon.
RecommendedI have done business several times with Big 0. They have always very friendly to me. I also like their honestly. I would recommend Big 0 to everyone who wants a pleasant business experience.
sat here for 10 hours today paid 400 plus for new tires to come back to a broken shifter they said it wasnt them when it clearly was quoted me 400 more dollars plus another 400 because they ordered the wrong part worst experience ever
This place is awful. I went here to get a tire plugged. They came back with an estimate of 1194 dollars for things that needed to be fixed that I didn't ask for them to check. They said the tire could not be fixed and didn't even give me a quote on a new tire which was the problem I came in to solve. I went to another mechanic who checked the vehicle over and said that it did need new front tires, but that all of the other stuff on the list was bogus. Scam artists... every time they look at the car for a simple fix like a tire plug... come back with 1200 estimate for a few things which have already been fixed recently. Don’t go here.
Fast service, got me in, got my tire /wheel package put on & out the door!
Went before for oil changes and it was fine. First time I had my tires rotated there though and will be considering if I should go back or not. Was talked down to regarding a broken part when I stated I'd like to call my dad before they fixed it and rudely told they had to fix it today because it was too dangerous not too when I said so (which is fine for them to say that, but the tone wasn't needed). Also, when rotating my tires, half of my hubcaps mysteriously ended up broken or were not replaced correctly. Makes me wonder... read more
Big O is always reliable and friendly. I appreciate that they work with me and my intended budget; I never feel pressured to spend more or do more than is needed. The guys out front are great!
