Had my car inspected. Very affordable. The service was very friendly, professional and quick. Definitely recommend.
Got an estimate for my back breaks. Unfortunately for them my husband is an ASE Certified Master Technician. He knew how much it should cost. Now mind you I am from out of state and he wasn’t with me so I had to get the breaks done. These guys wanted to charge me 1063.00 dollars. Basically they wanted to replace my whole back brake system. I didn’t need the whole thing replaced just pads and rotors. I told them to put my car back together I would wait. RecommendedThursdays are lady's day for oil changes. i have bought my last 3 sets of tires here. great tires with free tire rotation. confidence in the repairs done over the last 20+ years. great store and staff.
these guys were so great. after 2 other big name places let me down.. ordering tires and then they didnt show up... Big O had the tire I needed in stock and allowed me to rush over right before they closed. it was such an awful ordeal until these guys stepped up!
thanks guys again,, for balancing my tires , and I will pray to for the guys up front ,,he was having a very bad day ,, but kepted his cool, even when it wasnt his fault no more shakes,driving down road
great service! came in to get an oil change before work. I was going to catch a bus or ride a bird downtown but would not have made it on time. the nice employee checking me in offered to find me a ride and also had great customer service in general with every customer i saw him with. on top of the great service my oil change was affordable. Can't remember his name but he had a red beard. will definitely be back. also got a text when my service was done and was able to bird to get my car on lunch. thanks for making my day ea... read more
I needed one new tire on my Lincoln and we went to big O and they talked us into getting 4 new tires and the tires that they talked us into they said were good tires that they should last a lot of miles and be great on the road. So a year and a 1/2 later and 30000 miles I have tires that are completely bald and after spending $800 a year and a 1/2 ago on tires I need to turn around and spend more.
