Bought a trailer and it had a flat. Scheduled for 7am on a Saturday. By 7:20 I was out the door. Staff was amazing

I’ve been going to this Big O Tires on business loop for over five years and there’s not a place I’d rather take my vehicle. I’ve been here four times in the past three weeks. Brought my ex Jeep that was having a lot of issues and they took care of her. Came back with my little brothers Nissan Sentra for some brakes and now here again with my mothers car to work on her rear brakes, shocks and new tires. I love the staff here. Was in from out of town and our ac quit. They gave me helpful advice (which was to take it to an actual garage/mechanic) and didn’t charge me for the diagnosis.
