Incredible service! Jordan took great care of us. Got us in quickly, very little wait time, and didn't even charge us for the tire repair! We will never look for a different tire shop in the Ft Collins area!
Not a satisfied customer they over priced us, they didn't keep their quotes, they didn't keep their promises, poor customer service!!!
You know I've been coming to Big O Tires for years, they give me great deals and always help me when I have questions. But today when I went in to get my tires rotated I had stuff stolen out of my car that I know was there before. They all denied taking it you guys need to get cameras in there the visibly show your workers in the pit. I am not happy.
I recently went to Big O to have tires put on all four wheels. After I got there, I found out I needed struts and some other work. They worked with me so I could get all the work done in my budget. They showed me a diagram of how much my shims and struts were off. They were very polite and didn't treat me like a female. I would recommend them anytime. Penny Bell
