We got a flat tire whole driving across the country. The staff was helpful and courteous. They had us back on the rode with a new tire in 30 minutes.
None of the staff were wearing masks when I brought my car in today. It is currently required by the city and county that business have all staff in masks. I am disappointed that the business is not taking the local laws, their staff's safety, or they customer's safety into account. I will not be using this business again.
this place is a joke. charged for a repair that was done incorrectly then when brought back with further damages to my truck caused by said repairs asked to pay even more for now needed repairs and parts damaged due to faulty work, all took place within 24 hours over original service. What a lack of skill bunch of hacks, I have banned my entire fleet of vehicles from using their facility and recommend the same for everyone else. If you need a quality professional shop I recommend Les Schwab Tires!!!
I took my car in today because I had a tire that kept going flat. They found a nail, fixed it and DID NOT charge me! They were also very quick. Thank you so much!!!
Great store. Although they do own the Grease Monkey next door, I would not recommend them.
Very good place to take your car! Although I just needed a nail taken out of my tire, they took the time to explain how to do it right. I’ll be back if I need anything else done.
when i picked up my mustang the traction control was turned off and a box of books in my truck had been sliding around. thanks for joyriding on my old tires, but i wish you'd asked first.
Absolutely amazing customer service! It may be away from Campus but it's worth it. I had a screw get stuck in my tire on my way to work and didnt know until after work (how it goes, right?). They got me in and out in 15 minutes! I definitely recommend them. Thank you again guys! I really appreciate it!
