Tried to take advantage of the buy 3 get 1 free sale. They told me I could wait and it would be right around an hour. Waited for 2 hours for them to tell me it would be another hour before they can get it on the rack for alignment and oil change. Told them I can't wait for that since I was suppose to be back at work 45 min ago. They had me check out for everything and reschedule to come back in for the alignment and oil change. Very professional service and easy to work with! Dropped my vehicle off for a tire that was leaking air and I had a call within a few hours that it was ready to be picked up. I am very happy with the service I received and will be a repeat customer.

We needed brakes replaced and didn't know where to go. My neighbor recommended Big O tires and was in and out in under two hours with new brakes and a very fair price.
