They checked my tire for a leak. After they checked it I heard a loud thumping noise from the same tire. Took it back to have them look at it and they had it an entire day and didn’t even look at it. Took it back a third time and come to find out they didn’t tighten the lug nuts after looking at the tire and it was almost off the car. My family was put in danger from this. Never again will I go there.

The guys at big O in urbandale are truly amazing they got me in and out quickly they have helped me with my cars for a few years now and I plan to keep going to them!
Second time we have had poor service from Big O. First time was in March and they offered us a complementary oil change. My daughter took her car in for the oil change after about an hour they said okay you are good to go. The car started dripping oil, come to find out they never even changed the oil. The plug wasn't on correctly and the previous Firestone oil filter was still on the car when we took it to another service center here in Urbandale today. We are done with Big O and would not recommend them.

Very disappointed with Big-O-Tire in Urbandale. Took 2 hours to change my tires, twice the time it should of taken. I even had an appointment, was there at 7am. What the hell. I was pissed and they known it by the look on my face. I wont be back.

Worst place in town! 3 weeks later still waiting on owner to call me back because they damaged my property In process of installing it!

Being a single mom I got very good service reasonable prices too and they're definitely not like Firestone because Firestone will not fix your car right if you're a woman and they are out to definitely miss you around I will always go to those men at Big O Tire and if they were to leave I would follow them wherever they would relocate at
