Terrible job, never use – This company is very attentive in scheduling your move, but does not return calls for complaints and damages. The movers damaged several pieces of my furniture and sweat all over my sofa and mattress. They didn't wrap the articles correctly and all of my furniture had at least one dent or tear. When they are finished, they stand in your face waiting for a tip and don't make you feel comfortable inspecting your furniture. Do Not Use – I used this moving service based on the reviews so I feel as though I must post this review. The movers were hungover and slow. It took twice as much time as my previous move and I had less furniture and travel time. Additionally, the movers broke multiple pieces of furniture. They have been near impossible to get in touch with, never return phone calls, and have not made any attempt to correct the situation. I would not use these movers.

Great company to do business with. – Big O movers are punctual. They handle your furniture with care, especially antiques which I have plenty of. The spirit of cooperation is great. You do not get the feeling that they are trying to "eat" up time at your expense. My experience was on 8-2006, but I do plan to use them again by 3-2007.

Prompt, Courteous, Very Flexible – Not too pricey, efficient and dependable. These guys took furniture moving to a new level. Working with Phyllis and Angie was a joy! This company knows it's business...
