I love Big Momma’s food, location, space, everything about it. Except the staff. I’ve been here 9-10 times and the last 4-5 times I was shocked at the lack of friendliness, bordering on rudeness. Actually I consider it rude when no eye contact is made and they only ask what do you want, but maybe they are having a bad day. My daughter and I were in for the first time last week. Everything was wonderful and we'll definitely be back!
This place is very nice and cozy with great open mic nights. Went there last night staff was very friendly this coming from a person who hates coffee and the smell of coffee but this place was very airy no cooped up coffee smell I really enjoyed the atmosphere. Will definitely be back. Oh and the mango smoothies are the BOMB!!!!!!!!

Been there once the service was amazing. Loved my sandwich and coffee. And they gave me and my friend a delicious free worm scone.
