Great baby back ribs, steaks, brats, polish sausage, meat sticks, well everything I have tried so far. I'm looking forward to the Corned Brisket in a couple weeks!
Dropped my dear off on Tuesday and was told to check back in a month which is normal for the crazy amount of deer they process. Well today I get a call letting me know my deer is done and ready for pick up. 3 day turnaround time, can't beat that. Big thanks to the whole team for all of the long hours you are pulling this season!!!
They did a very good job on my deer this year. Very polite and professional. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend them.
My hunting buddies from central Nebraska loved the venison brats, so they sent their trimmings to have 40 lbs of brats made up. I also picked up 20 NY strips for a party this weekend. Good Meat!!!
