RecommendedMy son(13 yrs old) wanted some good steaks. He asked be not to get them at Hy-Vee lol. So we stopped in BIG Meats to give it a go on their steaks. I let him pick what he wanted. He went with flat irons. I was a little skeptical with his choice because it is a cheaper cut. The man working the counter was an absolute delight. He was very polite, friendly, well mannered. quality probably the best I found in Omaha, staff phenomenal well knowledged super friendly and helpful, prices are very fair you pay for what you get if you want cheap meat go to Walmart if you want good quality product go to big meats
now I can review. I went here for several meats to try out. I got polish sausage, premade burgers, and sirloin steak, about $26. All of it has been fantastic! For the sirloin, I marinated most of it in a homemade blend but kept a small piece out to cook with nothing. I wanted to taste the meat with nothing and surprisingly, it was really good and tender. We have been getting our steaks from here. Recently we tried the pork steaks and the frozen variations of chicken. They are delicious. We have also tried their jerky's which are amazing too. We do not want to go anywhere else.
Friendly service and some of the best steaks me wife and daughter have had in a long time. Very tender and delicious. Will definately go back alot. Thank you
