Usually get an ok experience coming (mainly the food being so good, service not so much) tonight I walk in and no one at the door to greet or seat which has been typical the last few times anyway so I proceed to seat myself, sat there for 10 minutes never got a greeting or a menu or anything. So needless to say we walked out to take our dinner somewhere else. It seems your focus is only on the bar section and not so much in regular dining. Fix this because the food is great.
My family went there for dinner and we didn't realize a band would be playing and my son has autism and can't handle loud sounds so the waiter was so nice and let us sit in the back room with the door closed and only us. The band sound was muffled and we were able to enjoy our meal.
Food was great as always but this was the worst service I've ever had here! Took forever to get our food and waitress never even put the first drink order (after being told there was no drink menu) I had to go order it myself at the bar
Got together with my family from Roanoke for dinner and karaoke! We all had a wonderful time and our waitress was amazing!!!
