BLAM!!! Brisket / HotTang .... No need to say anything else! This guy is an engineer on that Smoker and BBQsauce
I only had the Mac n cheese. It was $10 for a small to go box. They said it had meat inside but all I got was Mac N Cheese with bbq sauce on top. I will go back to try actual BBQ but not $10 Mac N Cheese.
Ribs were falling off the bone, moist, and full of favor. �
Perfect brisket gonna be back for the burnt ends. The staff was awesome I'll suggest this to anyone who's looking for a Bbq fix.

RecommendedI do believe this is the best bbq I’ve ever had!! (And I’ve had a lot!) The brisket & chicken are out of this world. Banana pudding, coleslaw and potato salad are yummy. But The Kathy is the most scrumptious!!
